Some customers have wondered if quick replies mean they’re talking to a robot. In reality, I can sometimes answer almost instantly because I see your question as you type, and many inquiries are familiar to me after years of helping. Other times, I take a few minutes to gather my thoughts because your question deserves a careful, personalized response. Unlike AI, my goal isn’t speed for the sake of speed. It’s to offer you clarity, reassurance, and care.
Over the years, Zach and I have had countless conversations with customers through chat, email, and phone calls. More than a speedy Q&A session or a transactional clarification, these conversations are opportunities for me to connect, to listen, and to share. Some of these conversations have even grown into lasting friendships, a gift I never take for granted.
