Directions

For a full bath, scoop half the jar (4-5oz) into a drawn, warm bath using a dry hand or tool. For hand or foot soaks, use 1-2oz of the salts in your basin. Allow yourself to soak for 10-30 minutes. When finished, make sure to rinse and/or wipe down tub to ensure that all of the oils do not leave a residue.

Zen bath

I don’t know how the salts are cuz I haven’t used them. They were for my grandmother and she’s always not in a good mood so it’s hard to tell if they worked or not lol.

Fantastic treatment for the body.

My daughter introduced me to CBD baths. Every time I travel, I make sure to take a bath a day. I do 4-7 hours of pt a day. These products provide fantastic relief. They actually wake me up and give me more energy, as the pain just drags the body down. I am perked up and feeling much looser after a soak. Highly recommended if you’ve never tried it.
