It did not help me sleep. As I said in my title, I’m not sure how to use it. Please let me know what the benefits of this are.

Love your product

I haven’t had to use any pain reliever since I’ve used your product. I’ve used it on my shoulder because of rotator cuff issues and a torn ligament in my ankle. Strongly recommend your product
