It did not help me sleep. As I said in my title, I’m not sure how to use it. Please let me know what the benefits of this are.

Relieves my jaw pain!

I wake up most mornings with a sore jaw and neck due to chronic stress. I started using this roll-on on a whim and it's actually helping! I rub it into my jawline near my neck and it's done a great job of alleviating a lot of that pain. It's become a standard thing I keep in my medicine cabinet!
