How to Use
Shake before use. Place oil under tongue for 30-60 seconds & swallow for best effects. Also can be easily added to foods or drinks. Applies easily to the skin for topical use. We do not recommend consuming and operating heavy machinery.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. A refrigerator is best for long term storage to retain its freshness. Do not allow the glass dropper to touch any surface to avoid cross contamination. Oxidation due to prolonged exposure to air may cause the oil to turn a light pink, keep dropper tightly closed when not in use.
